My double room had modern conveniences, including an iron and a private entrance. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The vibe here was quiet. The staff was amicable and very very helpful, even helped with everything.

I was happy with the hotel's stunning location in the heart of the old city. the staff were friendly and nice the whole time. the venue was conveniently close to the center of the medina and the amazing medina.

The decoration at Dar Tranquille was absolutely charming, with beautiful Moroccan fabrics and intricate details that gave the hotel a cozy and inviting feel. The general areas were well-maintained and offered comfortable seating for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with wide hallways and stable handrails to assist me in navigating the premises.
I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the children working there could provide more assistance with luggage and offer a helping hand when needed.

Friendly neighbor guided us to hotel, owner quickly attended to our arrival. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely terrace for relaxation. Being offered an apartment instead of fourth-floor room was a nice surprise. Communication with host was excellent and they were very kind. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

the location was perfect, as it was close to everything and allowed me to easily explore the town. the room was comfortable and clean, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. the friendly staff made sure that everything was taken care of, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel offered a delightful terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view.
I did notice some noise from the surroundings during the night, which occasionally disturbed my sleep.
